Best Practice Engineer

Position Summary: The Best Practice Engineer is the primary advocate for the proactive approach to service delivery promised to our clients. They serve as the evangelist of standards and alignments who develops a technical relationship with our clients based on our process.

 

Skill Requirements:

The Best Practice Engineer requires:

- Exceptional communication skills.

- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changes quickly.

- The drive to build Client loyalty through transparency and vulnerability.

- A working knowledge of Windows Server roles.

- The ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

- The ability to install and troubleshoot MTC product lines.

- The ability to serve as an escalation resource for other Teammates.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Best Practice Engineer will:

- Be actively engaged in a professional growth plan.

- Perform regularly scheduled technical audits/reviews of client networks against best practices

- Look for opportunities within client processes, documentation, and system design to streamline our service delivery

- Assist Client Relationship Managers with strategic planning

- Help maintain client documentation

- Act as a resource for projects and hardware and software upgrades

- Provide client technical support for phone, email, and walk-in requests

- Troubleshoot Client desktop and server issues
