OUR GET COVERED PROCESS
When working with new clients, the first thing we do is sit down with you and learn how your business uses technology. We focus on and gather your technology expectations in four main areas; business continuity, security, stability and user support.
Step 1:
Consult with Our Experts
Once we understand the expectations you have for technology and how your business uses it, we do a technical network assessment. A technical resource along with a client relations resource will take the results of the assessment and create a unique Gap Report that shows you where your technology is and is not meeting your expectations in the areas of business continuity, security, stability and user support.
Step 2:
Locate the Gaps
After we create your Gap Report, our technical and client relations teams build a plan that fills the gaps where your expectations are not being met by your technology. The teams put together a strategic technology plan. This plan will have suggestions for the first year, years 1-2 and years 2-5. When you become a client, we work with you to implement these suggestions based on your timeline and budget.
Step 3:
Create Your
IT Plan
We have changed the model of managed IT. When you need support, you have an assigned team of technical resources who know you and your technology infrastructure. One of the goals for your technical team is to make sure your end-users have a great end-user experience. You will also be assigned to a Client Relations Manager. The Client Relations Manager (CRM) is responsible for helping you further define and execute your strategic technology plan.
Step 4:
Meet Your Support Team
